We are congregation of Christians who gather to worship the Lord Jesus Christ, learn His word, and reach out to the "lost causes" of this world. We worship the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in unity and in faith. Every Sunday we have Holy Communion with the proclamation of the Gospel, so that we may remember our salvation while trying to help others find the treasure given us by God. We believe that God is Love, and through His love He sent His Only Begotten Son, Jesus Christ, to die on Calvary's cross so that those who believe on Him might be saved. We accept all Christians and His Holy Communion is open to all who believe in the Lord for their salvation and have been Baptized. Even if you are not baptized we invite you to come and worship with us. We are a truly non denominational church accepting Baptists, Methodists, Pentecostals, Anglicans, Catholics, Orthodox, and many others as being equal brothers in the Family of God born again by His Grace and not our Works.
Our Congregation already has a diverse background of Baptists, Pentecostals, Old Catholics, and those who'd rather just be called Christians. St.Jude was chosen as our patron because historically he was said to never give up on converting the lands he evangelized no matter how hopeless they seemed. Today when hope is in such short supply and people face so many trials we could think of no better ministry to take up and carry on than his.
We are truly an Apostolic Church because our pastor is an ordained Priest in the Independent Old Catholic Church, specifically the Servants of Christ Jesus, and through thier Bishops we are connected directly to the Church that Christ began when he laid His hands on the Apostles.
Yet we are truly evangelical as well making an Altar call on Sundays after our Sermon to give all those who need the prayers of the faithful to find the grace of God they are seeking.
We are truly Charismatic because we believe the miraculous presence of the Holy Spirit still shows itself in today's believers just as it did in Biblical times.
If you want to learn more look us up on Facebook or email Father Chris at [email protected] . We hope to be adding some pages here soon with videos of our services!
